== Reception == Reception to the film was largely negative, with praises for its performances such as that of David Hasselhoff, but criticism for lack of execution and dialogue. In 2016 Neil Calloway called it a "schlocky throwaway TV movie" with "some fantastically tongue in cheek quoteable lines...but in all honesty the film has dated like only a bad TV movie shot in Vancouver in the late 1990s could". ScreenRant later described the film as having "mostly disappeared without a trace with mediocre reviews", and Looper included it on its list of the ten worst Marvel movies. The Encyclopedia of Superheroes on Film and Television found that "the production was hampered by weak, two-dimensional performances that bordered on hysteria and camp", and that Hasselhoff "just did not have the gravitas to pull off the role". Den of Geek described it as "a time filler that doesn't stray too far from Marvel's established SHIELD characters but didn't do anything terribly compelling with them either", concluding that it was "a one night wonder that wasn't very wondrous". The initial television broadcast of the film came in fourth in the Nielsen ratings for that time slot, behind reruns on various other networks.

=== Tourism === Located between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, Schleswig-Holstein is also a popular tourist destination in Germany. Its islands, beaches, and cities attract millions of tourists every year. It has the second highest tourism intensity per local among the German states, after Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, but in absolute value it is rank 6th and only 1/3 of top destination Bavaria. According to a ruling by the Federal Administrative Court, everyone has the right to free access to the beach. Nevertheless, most of the seaside resorts kept cashing in (2-€3 /day/person).
==== October 2015 E. coli ==== In October 2015, an outbreak of Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli (STEC O26) was linked to several Chipotle locations in Washington and Oregon. As a precaution, Chipotle closed 43 stores in Washington and Oregon pending the results and recommendations of health authorities. The restaurants reopened on November 11 after disposing of all food and deep cleaning the facilities. A separate, smaller outbreak involving five people at Chipotle restaurants in Kansas and Oklahoma in late November was later determined to be caused by a genetically different strain of STEC O26. On February 1, 2016, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) closed their investigation, reporting that 55 persons in 11 states were infected during the main outbreak, with 21 requiring hospitalization and no fatalities. Health authorities were unable to determine a specific source for the contamination.
=== Insertion === For insertion in mice, a permanent ICV guide cannula must be inserted 1 mm above the lateral ventricle. A trained surgeon is ideal for insertion, and a stereotaxic frame and bone cement are needed. The cannula is implanted through the hindlimb area of the cerebral cortex. The surgeon must be careful to minimize damage to the surrounding brain tissue during this process. A catheter connected to a subcutaneous reservoir is implanted for permanent access in humans. The reservoir used is most commonly the Ommaya reservoir. A 25-gauge needle is used to puncture the scalp into the reservoir. A few milliliters of CSF are withdrawn before injecting the drug. This technique is typically used for long-term drug administration. Rarely will repeated taps be conducted to administer drugs due to the risk of damaging brain tissue.
